SK-66 HANK TO CONE PRECISE REWINDING MACHINE
The machine adopts the most advanced active unwinding technology in the world, and introduces the advanced double-line tension control technology of Europe and the skein frame which shrinks freely. The tension of the yam is uniform during winding, the tension between the inside and the outside is uniform, the required tension can be accurately set the stable unwinding of the yam is better realized, the waste is reduced, and the operation is simplified. There are 4 motors per spindle: traverse, winding, skein, super feed. Heli time servo motor is used for traverse, and other Hetai brushless servo motors are used. Each spindle is equipped with one main control system unit and two drives. Our factoiy developed a 48V low-voltage control system with He Lishi alone, which has higher stability and unique performance. (The function of low-voltage power distribution is to make the equipment run more stable and more energy-saving.) The whole machine adopts three-phase 48V low-voltage electrical system, which is safer, more energy-saving, environmentally friendly and efficient. Each spindle is equipped with 2 BTSR online tension meters. This technology ensures that the winding tension is uniform inside and outside, improving yam quality, rewinding and reducing waste. Each spindle is also equipped with a yam breakage sensor to ensure efficient yam breakage. The host is equipped with a touch screen and self-developed communication module system, a dimensional control touch screen, and a master-slave serial port CAN communication mode to ensure stable and reliable signal transmission. Optional oil or waxing stepper motor unit, adjustable ratio of oil waxing by speed regulation.
